We’ll meditate, share a sensory food experience together, and close the evening around the table for an intimate summertime dinner and conversation.

The same day, given more room to unfold.

We’ll start the morning with yoga and meditation, then we’ll move into the sensory food experience together. The afternoon is an open space to swim, journal, or rest.

We’ll close the evening around a long table for an unrushed summertime dinner and conversation.
